Villagers in Bil'in along with inernational and Israeli protesters are taking their longstanding campaign against Israel's Apartheid wall to the courts.
Helped by an Israeli legal maverick, they have now a field a case against the international construction companies who are building the settlements as well as two companies in Canada.
The villagers claim Israel has violated international human rights law by building on the land that belongs to the village of Bil'in.
